Permissions List
This topic covers the full list of permissions that can be assigned in OPEN DISCOVERY. Permissions are assigned at the group level and filter down to the users within the group. The permissions outlined in the following tables are all of the permissions available to be configured. The table lists the following:

The user will have access to Relationships in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Relationships |

Manage coding forms |
The user will have access to the Coding Forms tab on the Case Settings page in Review. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing coding forms |
Manage review passes |

Manage Analytics |

The user will have access to Redaction Categories in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Redaction Categories |
Manage export sets |
The user will have access to Export Sets in Case Administration. If Production Sets permission is not enabled, then the user can only see non-production export sets. The user can still create an export or production set (even though Production Sets is not enabled) |

Mass edit fields |
The user will be able to mass edit fields in OPEN DISCOVERY Review. Mass action field edits will override field security. This is a case admin-level permission and should not be assigned to normal review users who are unable to edit certain fields. |
Edit tags |
The user will be able to mass edit tags in OPEN DISCOVERY Review. |
Quick search |
The user will have access to Quick Search. Quick Search is only available when in Expanders Documents |
Manage indexes |
The user will have access to Index Management in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to edit the dtSearch Index settings and execute a Full Build and Incremental Build on the dtSearch Index |
Mass export |
The user will be able to export the table view to excel or comma delimited file (csv) |
Manage keyword lists |
The user will have access to Keyword Management in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create, edit and delete Keyword Lists. The user will also be able to schedule a Keyword List job |
Setup TAR projects |
The user will have access to TAR Project Setup in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create, edit and delete TAR Projects |
View the Timeline |
The user will have access to the Timeline window. The user will be able to filter documents based on DOCUMENTDATE ranges. The Timeline is only available in the Expanders Documents or Expanders Search |
